Internet Radio Station

When an internet radio station needed an easy to navigate basic web site to help drive users to their broadcast, we created this simple, to the point, web site.

Visitors of this site found that the content loaded extremely fast, even on dial up connections.  The broadcast was embedded into the site to allow easy listening access.

Normally a single page web site is not the way to go, on this site, we broke the rules and created a single page site that was not only easy to navigate but acceptable to the critics.

We even created the server system that handled the streaming broadcasts.  Virtual DJs from around the world had access to broadcast from the comfort of their own home under the web site’s server system.  This unique radio station provided around the clock entertainment complete with radio give aways and call in talk shows.

At one point this site held the number one position on the Shoutcast Internet Radio charts with the most simultaneous listeners.

This site needed an easy way to update nearly all the content on the web site on a day to day basis. Daily broadcast schedules, Virtual Disc Jockeys’ contact information, and even daily news were as easy to update as writing an E-mail to a friend.

This password protected administration area allowed a group of web site operators to modify any portion of the site’s content by simply visiting a web page and typing in the changes.

When the user clicked the single “submit changes” button at the bottom of the page, the entire site was modified and published live in real time.

Soon after this site was created it was granted the sole rights to broadcast of the 57th Annual World Science Fiction Convention in Melbourne Australia, the single largest Sci-fi convention held every year.

Site is no longer professionally maintained
