Bookkeeper

When this 15 year veteran of the corporate tax preperation and bookkeeping world needed to modernize her operations, we evaluated her businesses needs and created solutions to reduce her overhead costs and pave the road to increased profits.

During the research phase we discovered the need for a new logo.  We created several logos and presented them for selection.  Once a logo was selected, we began the development of the look and feel of a site to match the logo colors.

Traveling was required nearly every week to and from clients in different cities to obtain bookkeeping and other financial information to help maintain her clients taxes and books.

Knowing that most of her clients are not internet savvy, we created a simple, easy to use, three step system that allows her clients to send their financial records to her directly through this website. With our solutions, sending files became easier than sending an email.  In addition we created a file alert system that sends notifications of when, where, and how to obtain each new file directly through links in an email.

A detailed, searchable frequently asked questions system was added.  This system allows Stacey to easily update questions and answers and keep them catagorized by subject. This FAQ can be browsed by subject and question or searched to find specific answers. The best part of this FAQ system is the ease of maintaining.  This system is part of an easy to use password protected administration area that allows Stacey to modify several parts of her website dynamically.

This site has financial calculators and a credit card payment system to allow her clients to pay directly through the web.

There is a web based message system that provides clients the ease of filling out an online form and a message is generated and sent to Stacey directly from the site, without an email client.

We even programmed an “Easter Egg” into this site.  So visit www.StaceyFaulk.com and see if you can find the easter egg!
